Focused reviews.
Clear next steps.
Choose a starting point for a conversation. We confirm access, scope, deliverables and fees with you before any work begins.
Security & service baseline
Discuss a possible evidence-led review. Availability, settings, access method, report format, fee, timing and evidence handling need written confirmation before evidence is shared.
- Possible customer-selected identity or security questions
- Could use minimized customer-provided evidence
- Any changes require a separate approved scope
Email Authentication & Delivery Review
Discuss a proposed review of sender-authentication evidence. Availability, exact scope, report format, fee, timing and evidence handling require written confirmation first.
- Possible scope: one authorized domain and up to three customer-identified senders
- Could include one controlled message from one selected sender
- Fictional report sample shows evidence-linked observations and next-step fields
Email DNS Authentication Review
Discuss a possible review of selected public email DNS records, without mailbox access or a message test. Exact coverage and evidence handling need written agreement.
- Potential observations: MX, SPF and DMARC for one named domain
- DKIM only for customer-identified or separately agreed selectors
- No DNS changes, mailbox review or delivery conclusion
Infrastructure health assessment
Discuss a possible assessment of selected cloud or hybrid topics. Tenant boundaries, evidence method, availability, deliverable, fee and timing require written confirmation first.
- Potential systems and questions defined with you
- Could review customer-provided, minimized evidence
- Changes, deployment and live testing need separate authorization
Workspace migration planning
Discuss a possible readiness and cutover-planning engagement. Platform direction, workloads, tools, access, fee and timing need written confirmation; migration execution is not offered by this page.
- Possible tenant-to-tenant or cross-platform planning
- Map dependencies, pilot acceptance and rollback questions
- No tenant connection, data copy or configuration changes
Infrastructure support & projects
Discuss ongoing operational support or a separately scoped infrastructure project. Availability, coverage, responsibilities, terms and delivery capacity require written agreement.
- Keep recurring service coverage separate from project/change work
- Define authorized systems, owners, dependencies and exclusions
- Changes require specific approval, rollback and verification planning
Prepare a service enquiry
Choose a service and describe the outcome you want. We’ll open a draft email for you to review and send. This page does not submit or store the information.
These are enquiry categories, not instant purchases or service guarantees. Fees, deliverables, access, responsibilities and any implementation work are agreed in writing before an engagement starts. Reviews are limited to the systems and evidence agreed with you.

AI can help summarise diagnostic evidence, organise information and draft possible next steps. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. A qualified operator reviews recommendations and approves any work. OpsPilot does not silently run AI-generated commands.

Clear answers.
Every environment is different. These answers explain how we approach a service conversation.
What does managed IT service include?+
It depends on the agreement. A service may cover defined infrastructure, cloud, end-user or security operations. Included systems, hours, response targets, exclusions and customer responsibilities are documented before service begins.
What happens in an initial conversation?+
Start with the business need, the systems involved and the outcome you are looking for. We can identify questions, dependencies and a possible scope. A service commitment begins only after responsibilities, access, fees and any response targets are agreed in writing.
What should I include in my first email?+
Share your role, the type of environment, the challenge and a good time to respond. Please do not email passwords, API keys, sensitive customer data or unreviewed diagnostic exports.
Can Cloudek work with our existing IT team?+
Yes. The operating model can be designed around your internal team, including responsibilities, escalation paths and communication. The exact arrangement is agreed for each engagement.
Does AI make changes to our systems?+
No. AI may assist with analysis and recommendations, but outputs require human review. OpsPilot does not silently execute AI-generated commands. Any operational change must follow the agreed approval and change process.
Are response times or service levels guaranteed?+
Response targets and service levels apply only when they are explicitly included in a signed service agreement. Website descriptions are general information, not an SLA.
Useful IT checks,
ready when you need them.
Format JSON and Base64 text, convert timestamps, check SSH public-key fingerprints and IPv4/IPv6 subnets, review email authentication and website security headers, validate common syntax, generate passwords, check certificate dates, and look up public email DNS records. Mail DNS lookups are opt-in and sent to a public resolver.
