CLOUDEK · MIGRATION PLANNING ENQUIRY

Plan the move
before moving customer data.

This is a discussion concept, not an offer, booking, or promise that migration work is available. A possible engagement could assess a specifically named source, destination, and selected workload, then prepare a readiness and cutover plan if capacity and terms are confirmed.

Enquiry only. Do not send tenant exports, user lists, credentials, tokens, or personal data. An enquiry does not authorize tenant access, data copying, or configuration changes.

01PLATFORMS

Name both ends

Possible discussion areas include Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant, or a specifically named Microsoft 365 ↔ Google Workspace direction. One source, one destination, and included workloads must be listed in the written scope.

02READINESS

Surface dependencies

A planning review could map identity and domain conflicts, licensing and tool dependencies, data volumes, coexistence, user communications, pilot criteria, downtime, acceptance, and unresolved assumptions from evidence agreed in advance.

03CONTROLLED DELIVERY

Keep execution distinct

A plan is not a migration. Data movement, tenant access, DNS/domain cutover, production changes, rollback and post-migration support are not included unless each is separately described, authorized and accepted in writing.

A possible planning sequence

  1. Describe the outcome at a high level. Name platform types and business goal; leave out identities, exports, and secrets.
  2. Agree exact boundaries. Identify source/destination tenants, workloads, object classes, exclusions, evidence method, and authorized contacts.
  3. Validate readiness. If quoted, review agreed minimized evidence and record dependencies, mapping questions, pilot acceptance, stop conditions, and rollback assumptions.
  4. Decide what happens next. Any pilot or production migration requires separate tool/security review, customer change approval, written scope, capacity, commercial terms, and acceptance criteria.
Automation and access boundary

OpsPilot does not connect to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for migration, copy or synchronize customer data, change identities or settings, or execute a cutover. Any future offline inventory/preflight utility would require separate validation and would not move data. API access, migration tools, permissions, tenant-wide reads, remote execution, pricing, delivery dates and migration outcomes are not established by this page.

See the planning format

A fictional sample shows how a bounded planning engagement could record unknowns, owners, decision gates and stop conditions. It contains no customer data and does not demonstrate migration capability.

Questions before an enquiry

Can you migrate Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace or back?

This page invites discussion only. It does not confirm that either direction, workload, tool, or date is available. The owner must confirm delivery capability and issue an accepted written scope before any work.

Can automation move users, mail, calendars, or files?

No migration automation is implemented or offered here. Any future automation would first need a separate security and platform review; an offline preflight can help organize a plan but cannot copy customer data or authorize changes.

What could I include?

Share platform types, broad workload categories, your role, and the desired outcome. Do not send user lists, tenant exports, credentials, tokens, message content, or personal data in an enquiry.
