A Windows Server licensing calculator and guide

A new free tool and a plain-English guide explain Windows Server core licences, Standard versus Datacenter, CALs and RDS CALs.

A privacy notice, an analytics choice and a security contact

Google Analytics now stays off until you accept it, and a new privacy page explains what the website does with data.

A trust centre, a resources hub and this page

Three new pages explain how Cloudek handles data and AI, collect the free tools and guides by job, and list what has changed.

OpsPilot reports can be downloaded and shared

In OpsPilot, Cloudek’s owner-only workspace, each report can now be saved as a branded file or copied as text.

  • Download a report as a branded HTML file, or copy it as Markdown, for the mailbox health, Microsoft 365 scorecard, sign-in diagnosis, offboarding and licence reports.
  • An optional customer name can be added to the report. It is used only in your browser.

Better DKIM results and three new free tools

The Email Health Check now explains a DKIM record that is published but not working yet, and three new tools join the directory.

OpsPilot adds offboarding and licence reports

Two more one-click, read-only reports in OpsPilot, the owner-only workspace.

  • Offboarding checklist for a named user, built from read-only account, sign-in and mailbox checks.
  • Licence cost and waste report, showing licences that may be unused.

New free tools for Microsoft admins

Five tools that check first and explain second. None of them runs anything or changes your environment.

Optional “Explain with AI” on selected tools

A plain-English explanation of a result is now one button away on selected free tools. It is off until you press it.

  • Nothing is sent until you press the button, and an “exactly what will be sent” preview shows the masked text first.
  • Email addresses, IP addresses, tokens and similar values are masked before sending. Limits on size and request rate apply, and the model is given no tools.
  • Read the details in the trust centre.

OpsPilot adds mailbox health, Microsoft 365 scorecard and sign-in diagnosis

Three one-click, read-only reports in OpsPilot, the owner-only workspace.

  • Mailbox health report: a fixed set of read-only mailbox checks, with items that need attention listed first.
  • Microsoft 365 health scorecard: a graded summary that shows how the grade was worked out and what could not be checked.
  • Sign-in diagnosis for a named user: five fixed steps covering account status, MFA registration, recent sign-ins, Conditional Access results and service health.

Seven new guides

Practical guides on hybrid identity, mail flow, profiles, tenant security, AI audit logs, CIDR and email domain records.

Clearer home page, tool pages and search titles

Cloudek AI now leads the home page, and the free tool pages are easier to read and to find.

More reliable read-only mailbox checks in OpsPilot

A series of fixes to how OpsPilot, the owner-only workspace, starts and runs its Exchange mailbox checks.

  • Checks start more dependably and are allowed more time to finish.
  • When a check cannot run, OpsPilot now says which step failed and why.
  • The mailbox overview check accepts all of the fields it should.
