Prepare a service enquiry
Choose a service and describe the outcome you want. We’ll open a draft email for you to review and send. This page does not submit or store the information.
These are enquiry categories, not instant purchases or service guarantees. Fees, deliverables, access, responsibilities and any implementation work are agreed in writing before an engagement starts. Reviews are limited to the systems and evidence agreed with you.

Clear answers.
Every environment is different. These answers explain how we approach a service conversation.
What does managed IT service include?+
It depends on the agreement. A service may cover defined infrastructure, cloud, end-user or security operations. Included systems, hours, response targets, exclusions and customer responsibilities are documented before service begins.
What happens in an initial conversation?+
Start with the business need, the systems involved and the outcome you are looking for. We can identify questions, dependencies and a possible scope. A service commitment begins only after responsibilities, access, fees and any response targets are agreed in writing.
What should I include in my first email?+
Share your role, the type of environment, the challenge and a good time to respond. Please do not email passwords, API keys, sensitive customer data or unreviewed diagnostic exports.
Can Cloudek work with our existing IT team?+
Yes. The operating model can be designed around your internal team, including responsibilities, escalation paths and communication. The exact arrangement is agreed for each engagement.
Does AI make changes to our systems?+
No. AI may assist with analysis and recommendations, but outputs require human review. OpsPilot does not silently execute AI-generated commands. Any operational change must follow the agreed approval and change process.
Are response times or service levels guaranteed?+
Response targets and service levels apply only when they are explicitly included in a signed service agreement. Website descriptions are general information, not an SLA.
Useful IT checks,
ready when you need them.
Format JSON, check common input syntax, calculate a subnet, generate a strong password, review certificate dates, and look up public email DNS records. Mail DNS lookups are opt-in and sent to a public resolver.
