01CUSTOMER-SELECTED

Choose the questions first

A customer could identify specific workloads or configuration questions for discussion. Any included settings, workload boundaries, exclusions and method would need to be listed in the accepted written quote before work starts.

02EVIDENCE, IF AGREED

Minimize what is shared

If evidence review is agreed, the customer would select and provide minimized evidence through a separately agreed transfer method after confirming authority. Tenant exports, user details and unrelated security data are not requested here.

03POSSIBLE DELIVERABLE

Findings with clear limits

A report format, recipients and verification method would be confirmed in the accepted quote. Any resulting notes could be limited to the selected evidence and state what was not assessed. Recommendations would not authorize changes.

Possible process, if quoted

  1. Discuss the question. The customer selects the business concern and any workloads they want considered; no assessment begins from an enquiry.
  2. Confirm terms and authority. If available, both sides must accept the same written quote covering named scope, customer authority, evidence transfer and retention, fee, recipients, timing and deliverable before any evidence is shared.
  3. Review only agreed evidence. If included, review would use customer-provided, minimized evidence. This page does not provide or imply tenant sign-in, Graph permissions, access to a customer tenant, or an implemented connector.
  4. Close out as agreed. Any report or discussion would follow the accepted quote. Configuration changes, remediation, monitoring, and retesting are outside this concept and need separate written scope and authorization.
