IT automation priority planner
List the recurring IT tasks your team does. The planner estimates hours per month and per year from your own numbers, ranks the tasks, and suggests how far to automate each one.
Browser-only: nothing is sent, uploaded or saved. Rows disappear when you close or reload the page. Do not type secrets, customer names or personal data into task names.

How it works
Hours per month = runs per month x minutes per run x people / 60. Hours per year = hours per month x 12. Tasks are ranked by yearly hours weighted by how ready they are to automate (level C 1.0, level B 0.75, level A 0.5). The weights are a simple ranking rule, not a measured saving.
- Level A: automate the reading and reporting only. A person decides and acts. Used when steps are not yet clear and repeatable, or when risk is high and the task touches sensitive data.
- Level B: a tool drafts, a human approves. Used for high risk, sensitive data, required approvals and medium-risk tasks.
- Level C: only consider unattended automation when risk is low, the steps are clear and repeatable, no sensitive data is involved and no approval is needed. High risk or sensitive data is never level C.
Frequently asked questions
Is the hours total a saving? No. It is an estimate of the time spent today on the tasks you listed, based only on your inputs. Real savings depend on build time, upkeep and exceptions.
Does level C mean I should automate it? No. It means the task is a candidate worth testing, with logging and a way to switch it off.
Is my data stored? No. The page makes no network calls and does not use browser storage.
