This page describes a possible DNS-only review for discussion. If separately quoted and accepted in writing, it could examine public DNS records for one named email domain and report the observations, their limits and possible next steps. This is not an offer, booking, or promise that the service is available.
Enquiry only. Availability, exact scope, evidence channel, fee, timing and report format must be confirmed in a written quote accepted by both parties before any work or evidence collection begins.
✓ Public DNS observations only✓ No mailbox or message access✓ No DNS changes
A quoted review could record public MX, SPF and DMARC answers for the named domain. DKIM can be considered only for selectors identified by the customer or found in the separately agreed scope; public DNS alone does not reliably reveal every selector or sender.
02EVIDENCE & LIMITS
Separate facts from inference
A draft report could show the lookup time, observed answers, methods, limitations and follow-up questions. DNS answers can vary by resolver, cache and time; observations would not prove that every sending service is authorized or that a message will reach an inbox.
03POSSIBLE REPORT
Prioritized next steps
If the format is included in the accepted quote, a report could organize observations, risks to verify, suggested owners and validation steps. Recommendations would not authorize configuration changes; implementation or monitoring would require separate written scope and approval.
A possible process, only if agreed
Agree before work. The written quote must name the domain, records, permitted lookup method, evidence channel, recipients, retention, fee and target delivery date.
Use public records only. The proposed review uses DNS answers available publicly. It does not require a tenant sign-in, mailbox credentials, message access or raw headers.
Review and report within scope. Any checks beyond the agreed records, including sender inventory, message testing or tenant configuration, need a separate written agreement.
Keep changes separate. No DNS changes are made. A change plan, implementation, rollback and retest need explicit separate approval.
No mailbox, M365 tenant, message, internet header, or private DNS-zone access; no credential collection; no DNS or mail configuration changes; no comprehensive sender discovery; no guarantee of deliverability, authentication outcomes or policy correctness; and no continuous monitoring, remediation, incident response or cryptographic DKIM signature validation. Do not send credentials, raw DNS exports or diagnostic evidence by email. If a future engagement is accepted, agree the evidence channel and exact data needed in writing first.
Questions before an enquiry
Does this review access my mailbox?
No. The concept is limited to public DNS answers. It does not read mailboxes, messages or headers.
Will you change our DNS records?
No changes are included or authorized by this concept. Any implementation must have its own written scope and explicit approval from an authorized domain owner.
What will it cost and how long will it take?
No fee or schedule is stated here. If the service owner confirms availability, a written quote would specify the proposed scope, fee, evidence handling, report format and delivery date. Work starts only after both parties accept it.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Use the form to identify the service and share only high-level context. Do not include credentials, raw DNS exports, mailbox data or diagnostic evidence; agree a suitable channel and the minimum evidence required before sharing anything.
